Some facts and figures about us.
If you want some in depth stats about our usage, you can find them on our Statistics page. We thought it might be interesting to give you some general facts and figures out our service though:
- We've had over a quarter of million logins of the site, to end 2009.
- We think that almost 93% of the FE colleges which teach hairdressing are subscribed to use the service (Source: Jisc Collections).
- Each college logs in over 65 times a month on average.
- Last month, during term hours, we had nearly 1 login a minute (59.25 an hour).
- The open content (the content you don't need to login to see) is roughly twice as popular as the content you need to login to see.
- About 3/4 of the people who came to look at our open content last month hadn't visited the site before (the site is growing really quickly and we're working hard on two fantastic new developments to help it even further).
- Last month, we had visitors from 81 countries. The UK was the most popular visitor, then the USA Ireland, Australia, Canada and Germanay. We even had a visit from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
