Queries sent to Mimas will be entered in a Helpdesk system and those which cannot immediately be answered will be routed to the appropriate person. Complex problems are best described in an email message so that our specialist staff have all the information they need. Progress of queries through the Helpdesk system is monitored daily.

Tutors and other support staff are invited to join Rough Cuts, which is a free support network for Hairdressing lecturers. On here you can participate in discussions, share knowledge and ask questions in a peer led environment.

Hairdressing Training is available free of charge to FE colleges only.
